Sussex Street Community Law Service Inc provides a NSDS Accredited advocacy services to people with disabilities, their family members and carers.
It is an independent free and confidential service to people in the regional areas of the Mid West, Goldfields/Esperance and the Great Southern areas of Western Australia.

They work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness and support them through interviews and into employment. They also work closely with employers to help them access a broader pool of talented candidates.

Community Disability Housing Program

The Community Disability Housing Program (CDHP) is a program for people with a disability that require significant and ongoing support to live safely within the community. CDHP does not provide crisis or emergency accommodation.

Anglicare WA provides individualised disability support to all people who access our services. Anglicare WA’s Bridges Disability Support Program is registered as a Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) provider. The cost of their supports and services align to the NDIS price guide.
