Nannup Withdrawal Unit (NWU) a partnership between Cyrenian House and Richmond Wellbeing designed to provide a self-contained low medical withdrawal service for people experiencing difficulties as a result of their substance use.

Kimberley Mental Health and Drug Service – Fitzroy Crossing

Kimberley Mental Health & Drug Service (KMHDS) provides specialist mental health services to the Kimberley for all age groups. The service aims to deliver a comprehensive range of high quality, community focused mental health services to residents of & visitors to the Kimberley. 
The Kimberley Community Alcohol and Other Drug Service (KCADS) within the Kimberley Mental Health and Drug Service supports individuals, families and communities experiencing harm from AOD use.  Their services are delivered by locally based teams across the Kimberley. Outreach is also provided to surrounding communities and remote areas.

Mission Australia Meekatharra Alcohol and Other Drug Services

The Alcohol and Other Drug Outreach Service supports adults and their families, who are experiencing (or at risk of) issues associated with their alcohol and other drug use. The service provides case management and treatment interventions to the communities of Meekatharra, Mt Magnet and Cue in order to reduce harm and support change behaviour before the use of alcohol and other drugs becomes entrenched or problematic. The service is culturally safe and also offers counselling, group work, and community education and awareness support.

Ngangganawili Aboriginal Health Service – The Substance Misuse Scheme

Delivers a non-residential trauma-informed service that is culturally responsive and safe, with prioritised placements for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their families and communities. They provide a flexible model of care that allows for outreach, drop-in support and care on Country for individuals, families and community groups.
They accept referrals by any individual, family member, agency or organisation that requires a Social and Emotional Wellbeing related support in the region. It is their priority to support the community to have access to a high standard of care that fits with Wiluna Martu Services and projects are also co-designed, which involves ongoing consultation, collaboration and two-way

Wheatbelt Community Alcohol and Drug Service – Merredin

The Wheatbelt Community Alcohol and Drug Service provides assessment, referral and counselling to adults, young people, and families, who are experiencing alcohol or other drug issues. The Service aims to reduce alcohol and other drug related harm in the Wheatbelt region. Our main office is in Northam and we also have satellite offices in Narrogin and Merredin. We currently provide outreach services in Moora, Gingin, York, Goomalling, Wongan Hills, Brookton, Kellerberrin, Wagin and surrounding areas. Other services and programs we provide include: Counselling for people with alcohol and other drug issues and those who are impacted by someone else’s alcohol and other drug use.

From the service locations in South Hedland, Karratha, Newman and Tom Price, Clinical Case Managers engage with small and remote communities through outreach trips.
