DVassist has launched a new live Web Chat, offering “silent support” to anyone experiencing family and domestic violence in regional, rural and remote WA.
This new online service launched today, 6th April, connects people directly with a specialist counsellor when calling isn’t an option for them.
DVassist offers free and confidential counselling and support, both for a one-off conversation or as part of a series of therapeutic counselling sessions, on both the Helpline 1800 080 083 and the Web Chat service, available weekdays 10am to 10pm, excluding public holidays.
This new live web capability also complements the website directory of local support services, online quizzes and checklists, available 24/7.
