Carnarvon Police and Community Youth Centres

The Carnarvon PCYC offers out of school care, vacation care and youth holiday activities which aims to engage young people by providing them with a safe space to engage in activities before and after school, on weekends and during school holidays. Young people have the opportunity to attend and participate in a range of activities in a safe and secure environment. If needed, they also have access to Youth Workers and WA PCYC employees who can help identify their needs and either work with them to address them, or refer them to other agencies and services for the appropriate support. WA PCYC Out of School Care activities provide young people with a place to meet and the opportunity to try new activities. We aim to improve relationships between youth and the community by providing youth activities that focus on increasing participants’ communication skills and their ability to work as a team.
