Pathways SouthWest is a flexible, responsive, not-for-profit organisation that provides services and support to those experiencing mental illness and those who care for them. Programs include:
- Recovery Groups: Recovery requires active and positive involvement by you which includes choice, responsibility, control and empowerment. This is done through a therapeutic climate where caring, inclusive relationships promote meaningful change in service users’ lives.
- Wellways: A suite of group activities conducted over a number of weeks. For example, ‘Building a Future’ and ‘Family Connections’ programs are for carers.
- A registered community housing provider under the Community Housing Regulatory Framework (Tier 3 provider) . They maintain a number of houses dedicated to those experiencing mental ill health.
