ECS is there to provide including emergency financial relief in the form of food vouchers, food hampers and if required emergency assistance with basic living needs such as clothing, bedding and basic household necessities to people in the Esperance and surrounding communities.
Local Community Service Providers can refer individuals – or application can be made by any person suffering hardship. To apply come in to ECS, please bring a current Centrelink Income Statement or proof of hardship. Evidence could include: outstanding utility bills, recent job loss.
