JSW Training and Community Services

JSW is a nationally registered NDIS provider with a local and focus and understanding. They helps their clients take control, make choices and decide. Each support plan is tailored to provide their clients with the skills to enable them to live the most independent life that they can.
 
  • Development of daily living and life skills: training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their support network to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible; training can be provided individually and can include skills in daily life activities, communication and social skills and problem-solving
  • Community participation and social activities: attending a course or class to pursue an interest, joining a club or social group, going on holidays or a day out, attending a show or concert or a trip to the movies, developing skills to get out and about – like using public transport
  • Access and maintain employment: workplace assistance support to help individuals and/or groups of individuals find jobs, making use of professional networks to locate and communicate with employers
