Pilbara Meta Maya – Regional Aboriginal Corporation – Essential Services

Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation is a privately owned, not for profit,  Western Australian Aboriginal organisation based in Port Hedland. PMMRAC is driven by a Board of seven Aboriginal members from Pilbara region.

They serve as a development corporation for regional Aboriginal communities of Pilbara, and provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with employment opportunities within Pilbara Meta Maya Group of Companies across various areas.

Their essential services include:
– Power and civil work: provide high quality servicing and repairs for systems that include maintenance of generators and engines, switchboards, LV and HV feeders and all associated equipment
– Water and waste water: ensuring drinking water quality, water security, and compliant wastewater standards
– Water sampling and remediation: provide a high quality water sampling service to most of its Aboriginal communities across Pilbara and Mid-West regions, includes regular microbiological and chemical sampling as per Australia Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) and the servicing and maintenance water head works and equipment
