Our team in Geraldton offers personalised support and respite accommodation for people in the area who are diagnosed and living with severe and persistent mental illness.
The service operates a four-bed respite care facility and is open to people aged 18-65. Clients must be case managed by their General Practitioner, the Midwest Mental Health Service or a psychiatrist.
Referrals can only be accepted from treating mental health professionals who are available to provide shared care with Ruah’s personalised support services.
