Below is a list of employment support services, including recruitment services, skills development, Centrelink and Service Centre, and resume and cover letter building advice. If you cannot find local employment services for your area, you can find a list of state and national employment support programs at the bottom of this page.

Services Australia – Agent and Access Point

At an Agent and Access Point you can access all of the following services:

  • use internet enabled computers and printers
  • access free Wi-Fi without a password
  • get brochures and fact sheets
  • call us using the phone provided
  • use the phone claiming service
  • get reply paid Medicare envelopes
  • scan, copy, print and upload documents
  • verify identity documents

At an Agent you can also:

  • get help to set up and access digital services
  • get help with general questions about our payments and services
  • get a referral to other services.

Tom Price Youth Centre – Job Search

The Tom Price Youth Centre provides young people, and at times members of the broader community with assistance in job search. This includes canvassing job vacancies locally, resume writing, job applications, and work experience placements.

The Tome Price Community Centre has computers available with printing, laminating, binding and scanning services at an affordable rate and also provide one on one support for computer training, online courses and study, job seeking and Government information.
