Preparing, cooking and freezing of food in your home
Advice about nutrition, menus and special diets
Information about food handling and storage
Assistance with bulk food shopping/sharing and storage
 
On Thursdays, can join others at Chorus Kitchen for a hot meal at 122 Grey St.

Legal Aid WA – Senior Rights and Advocacy Service

The Senior Rights and Advocacy Service is a specialist legal advice and assistance service, as a division of Legal Aid WA.
Services offered include: 
• Legal advice and assistance in areas such as elder abuse, planning for the future, guardianship and administration, and issues involving grandchildren 
• representation in certain guardianship and administration matter with State Administrative Tribunal 
• Mediation and dispute resolution
• information and community legal education 
• Referrals to community and government agencies

  • Advocacy and support – walking alongside you every step of the way
  • Information – providing free information about your rights and access to aged care services
  • Education – raising awareness and understanding of the rights of older community members, the assistance and support available, and how to access aged care services
