HelpingMinds offers free support to the family and friends of people living with mental health challenges across WA. They offer free and confidential counselling to people who are supporting a family member or a friend living with mental health challenges, including:
YoungMinds is a program to assist families living in the Kimberley.
The program is aimed at children 0-18 years, who are experiencing emotional difficulties in their lives or are at risk of developing mental health issues.
The service provides free, practical counselling and support for young people and families for up to 12 months, introducing coping skills and how to develop your individual strengths
